Love me some good gluten-free mostly vegan recipes that make everyone WISH they were as healthy as you!!

PB Baked Oatmeal: 

3 cups oat (gluten free or regular)

1/2 cup agave

1 cup almond milk (or rice)

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup Peanut Butter (or almond, cashew, etc.)

Mix it all together and put it in a pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven you have.
