Sweet of the Month

My good friend and coach Sarah came to me with this idea. I was telling her about my sugar addiction and how there are so many gluten free baked goods that I would love to test out. Since I am trying to minimize my sugar intake, I my goal is to only bake myself one treat once a month. Therefore, making it my sweet of the month.

Sugar is going to be my treat. Not my norm. I’m looking forward to feeling and looking much better the next few weeks!

Hello Everyone!

Today for breakfast I made the most DELICIOUS Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal. It was heavenly.

3 cups oat

1/2 cup agave

1 cup almond milk (or rice)

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup Peanut Butter (or almond, cashew, etc.)

Mix it all together and put it in a pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cook for 30-40 minutes depending on the oven you have. You will love this! It is super easy, and you just cut a slice and go!

Going to try this again soon!
